Rita came from India over 30 years ago to pursue higher education. She
came to a sleepy little Midwestern town that embraced her, and she fell in love with it. Rita and her husband are both Alumni of the University
of Iowa, where her husband is now a Professor of Engineering. They have
one daughter who is a junior at The University of Iowa.
Rita has been in Real Estate for 24 years and is an expert on the Iowa
City market in Residential, Commercial, Leasing and New Construction.
A multi-million dollar producer, Rita has achieved this with a carefully orchestrated service plan where every client is given the same level of diligence whether they are a first time buyer or a seasoned investor. This has resulted in repeat clients that value her expertise. Rita is a staunch supporter of continuing education and technical knowledge in today's aggressive markets. Rita is known for her integrity and honesty. Rita was appointed a Commissioner for Asian and Pacific Islanders in the Iowa Department of Human Rights by the
