Dan Berry GRI, SRES, Broker Assistant
Dan has been in real estate sales since 1984. He has lived in Iowa City area from Feb 1964 to the present. He is the past President of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors and past President of the Iowa Association of Realtors.
He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, and is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award by the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors.
Honors and awards for Dan include the Iowa Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year in 2001, and for outstanding long time service with OG Powell Award by the Iowa Association of Realtors. He has received the 1st L. Martin Lee award on behalf of Real Estate, and was elected to serve as the National Association of Realtors Regional Vice President for 2008.
Dan believes that each client deserves the best service that the Realtor can give. All should be given honest, courteous, and professional service. He presently serves on the Iowa State Real Estate Commission which over sees each licensee in Iowa and is responsible for protecting the public interest.
